A reader wrote to us as follows:

And he clarified that he meant the fence near ZUS, which “nobody takes care of to such an extent that it is an eyesore, and as the bushes continue to grow, residents have to walk in the roadway”.
He also explained:
I no longer have the strength to keep reporting the same thing to the municipal police (…). The fact is that after a phone call they trim the edges a little, but the area still looks frightening, practically in the city centre, next to a government office.
We appeal to the administrator to take action.
