It is a two-way street that has become one-way because a line of cars is parked in one lane. The problem is that it is impossible to drive through this street.

The situations in which cars travelling from Orla Street try to continue in their lane despite another car approaching from the opposite direction are said to be particularly problematic.

Drivers travelling from Orla Street do not wait for the car to pass freely; instead, they continue in their lane, even though there is nowhere to move over. Many times, there has almost been a collision, with the cars scraping against each other, because drivers coming from Orla Street do not wait and force their way through.
