There is a response from Bolesławiec City Hall regarding Kwiatowa Street. Earlier, one of readers pointed out that cars parked along the street could cause problems for drivers travelling in both directions.
Two requests concerning Kwiatowa Street
Two requests concerning the situation on Kwiatowa Street were submitted to Bolesławiec City Hall.
The first concerned introducing one-way traffic on the street. The second involved installing a no-stopping sign.
The city points out, however, that the current traffic arrangements do not prohibit stopping or parking on either side of the street.
At the same time, the office reminds residents of the applicable regulations. Agnieszka Gergont, spokesperson for Bolesławiec City Hall:
A vehicle may be stopped or parked only in a place and under conditions in which it is visible from a sufficient distance to other drivers and does not pose a threat to road safety or obstruct traffic.
No changes for now
The most important information is that the city currently does not plan to change the permanent traffic arrangements on Kwiatowa Street.
“At the current stage, no changes to the permanent traffic arrangements on Kwiatowa Street are planned. The situation is being monitored,” the office said.
