Officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn arrested a man who, for no reason, damaged property worth PLN 800. KPP:
A resident of Bolesławiec, returning home in the evening, entered a random yard in one of the rural localities and damaged parts of the fence and outdoor lamps.
Locating the vandal turned out to be ridiculously easy because he lost his mobile phone at the crime scene.
The 22-year-old was arrested. He was unable to explain the reasons for his behavior. (It is known, however, that he was under the influence of alcohol).
That was not the end of it. The officers: – The vandal not only lost his phone, but shortly beforehand also left his bicycle along the route home. The officers secured the abandoned property of unknown origin with the intention of determining its rightful owner, who turned out to be a resident of Bolesławiec. After he presented a document, the bicycle was returned to him.
The suspect has already been charged. He faces up to five years in prison.
