The incident took place on 16 August, during the night, on the A4 near Kierżno. The driver of the Audi, a 36-year-old resident of Rokietnica, failed to adjust his speed to the road conditions, lost control of the vehicle and hit a properly driven Volkswagen.
Fortunately, no one suffered any serious injuries. The 36-year-old was fined PLN 1,100.
