The incident occurred on Thursday, July 27, after 12:00 p.m., in Lipiany. A fire broke out in a residential building (gable wall). The residents evacuated the building before firefighters arrived.
The danger was eliminated. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
Interestingly, so that the rescuers could safely carry out their operations, the power company remotely cut off the electricity supply in part of the village.

(...) at 12:29 p.m., we were dispatched to a fire in a residential building in Lipiany. Our tasks were to secure the scene, check for injured and evacuated persons, and deploy two attack lines.
Firefighters from Bolesławiec, Krzyżowa, Różyniec and Trzebień, as well as the emergency power service, took part in the operation.
