Officers from the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters detained five intoxicated drivers from Friday to Sunday:

  • On Friday, a 62-year-old man from Legnica County was detained. The man had nearly 2 promille of alcohol in his system.
  • On Saturday, two residents of Bolesławiec County were caught. The results? The 52-year-old had 1 promille, while the 42-year-old had… more than 3.5 promille of alcohol in his system.
  • On Sunday, community police officers detained a 44-year-old from Bolesławiec on one of the city’s streets. He had got behind the wheel with 2.5 promille. Meanwhile, traffic police intervened in the case of a 22-year-old county resident with 2 promille.

Officers: – Two of the suspects are foreigners, so immediately after sobering up, police officers brought them before the court under expedited proceedings.
