The incident occurred before 12:00 on the Bolesławiec bypass, near the roundabout before Kruszyn. A wheel fell off a trailer pulled by a tractor. The driver stopped the vehicle. A second vehicle probably stopped right behind it, and a third vehicle collided with its rear. As a reader described the incident to us, the second vehicle allegedly left the scene of the collision.
When our reader was driving past the vehicles, a Land Rover suddenly emerged in front of him, attempting to pass all the vehicles. “It almost caused a head-on collision with the car I was driving,” the reader says. In the end, the Land Rover driver stopped in front of the tractor and probably remained at the scene as a witness.
Traffic disruptions on the Bolesławiec bypass lasted over an hour.
