Paramedics from Bolesławiec described an incident that occurred on Wednesday, July 19, in Bolesławiec. They were called to assist a woman living on Jana Pawła II Street.
This is how they describe the story:
Today, the emergency medical team was dispatched to Jana Pawła II Street. At the scene, it was established that the woman required diagnostic tests and possibly a hospital stay. However, it turned out that the woman’s health was not the only problem. The woman’s only companion was a cat, and leaving it alone at home, where there was not a single gram of cat food, would have been a sentence for it. Moreover, there was no food in the home—not only for the cat...
We had to walk through several floors and knock on a dozen apartments before one of the residents agreed to help care for the furry animal.
The story has a happy ending:
Fortunately, a young woman named Julia came forward to help and took on the care of the cat, while her father offered to buy food.
Thank you very much for your help.
In turn, we thank the paramedics for such an attitude and for helping not only people but animals as well.
