Despite the visual and audible signals, the man did not stop and began fleeing through the streets of Bolesławiec.
The fugitive was arrested in the very center of the City of Ceramics. It quickly became clear why he had panicked upon seeing the police car. Police: – By getting behind the wheel, the suspect committed an offense because he did not have a driving license, but by failing to stop for inspection, he committed a crime.
The 30-year-old now faces a sentence of between three months and as much as five years in prison.
