The incident occurred on July 6, at around 4:00 p.m., near KFC. The driver of a Renault, a 56-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County, crashed into the rear of a Fiat.
As it turned out, the perpetrator was completely drunk. He had more than 2.5 per mille of alcohol in his system.
Fortunately, no one was seriously injured. The perpetrator’s vehicle was taken away by a tow truck.
Driving under the influence carries a penalty of up to two years in prison.
