Officers of the Police Station in Kruszyn caught a resident of Osiecznica municipality in the act. The suspect was driving a vehicle even though, in 2022, the court had banned him from doing so.
Among other things, the officers secured surveillance footage and established that over the previous 2 months the man had regularly driven to work, making more than 40 trips in total.
Breaking a court-imposed ban is punishable by up to 5 years in prison.
