Hospital director Kamil Barczyk decorated by President Andrzej Duda

On 26 June 2023, Kamil Barczyk, director of St. Luke’s Hospital in Bolesławiec, was awarded the Bronze Cross of Merit for his work for the protection of health.

It adds: – The decoration was presented on behalf of the President of the Republic of Poland by Lower Silesian Voivode Jarosław Obremski.

The Bronze Cross of Merit is a decoration established in 1923 and awarded to people who have rendered service to the state or citizens by performing acts exceeding the scope of their usual duties and bringing significant benefit to the state or citizens, through self-sacrificing public activity, selfless aid, and charitable work.
