He Had Over Two Promille and Wanted to Drive Away from the Store. He Was Detained Thanks to Witnesses’ Intervention

A citizen’s arrest took place in the parking lot outside Bricomarché, where a drunk driver who was trying to drive away was detained.

He adds:

According to the witness, the driver drank an entire “quarter” before setting off.

Our source adds that employees of one of the stores first tried to detain the extremely irresponsible driver, and security guards then joined the action.

We managed to establish that the driver, a 64-year-old from Warta Bolesławiecka commune, had more than 2‰ of alcohol in his system. The man was detained by the police. He now faces up to two years in prison.
