The minor knocked the elderly woman to the ground. The spokesperson said: – By striking her, he rendered her helpless while demanding that she hand over money.
The aggressor did not achieve his goal because the woman alerted her neighbours by calling for help. They ran to the apartment and helped the victim.
The police and a medical emergency team were called to the scene. The elderly woman was taken to hospital for examinations, while police officers searched for the 14-year-old aggressor.
Junior aspirant D. Kwakszys: – The boy was detained in the neighbouring staircase, where he had tried to hide. After his detention, he was placed in the Police Juvenile Room. In accordance with the decision of the District Court in Złotoryja, he was sent to a juvenile education centre. She adds: – Further proceedings will be conducted in the case.
