The incident occurred on Wednesday, June 14, at the intersection of Tamka and Kościuszki streets in Bolesławiec. After 3:00 p.m., two BMW cars collided there.
According to preliminary information, no one was seriously injured. The police are determining the causes and circumstances of the incident. It was probably caused by failure to yield the right of way.
Update 5:08 p.m.
The driver of the silver BMW failed to yield the right of way to the black BMW. The offender, a resident of Lwówek County, was fined.
The officers appeal for prudence and caution on the road.
