District police officers from the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters checked two people in a vehicle on one of the town’s streets in the middle of the night. KPP: – In one of the car’s compartments, the officers found green plant material. Testing of the secured substance confirmed that it was marijuana.

During the proceedings, the 22-year-old driver, explaining how the bag of drugs had ended up in his car, stated that he had found it moments earlier.
The resident of Bolesławiec County will now face charges for possession of narcotic substances, which is punishable by up to 3 years in prison.
