The introductions of the Bolesławiec County Police Commander, Superintendent Tomasz Jagielski, and the First Deputy Bolesławiec County Police Commander, Commissioner Artur Ciupka, were conducted by the Lower Silesian Police Commander in Wrocław, Chief Superintendent Dariusz Wesołowski, assisted by the Deputy Lower Silesian Police Commander in Wrocław, Superintendent Norbert Kurenda.

A ceremonial assembly was held at the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters. During the event, the Lower Silesian Police Commander in Wrocław, Chief Superintendent Dariusz Wesołowski, in the presence of the Deputy Lower Silesian Police Commander in Wrocław, Superintendent Norbert Kurenda, presented appointment orders to the Bolesławiec County Police Commander, Superintendent Tomasz Jagielski, and the First Deputy Bolesławiec County Police Commander, Commissioner Artur Ciupka.

The ceremony marking the appointment of the heads of the Bolesławiec police unit was attended by representatives of local government, led by Bolesławiec County Head Tomasz Gabrysiak, as well as representatives of the justice system and affiliated services and institutions. Commanders of neighboring police units also attended the ceremonial assembly.

Effective 1 June 2023, the Lower Silesian Police Commander appointed Superintendent Tomasz Jagielski, previously the First Deputy Commander of this unit, as Commander of the Bolesławiec County Police. Commissioner Artur Ciupka, previously the First Deputy Commander of the Lubin County Police, was appointed First Deputy Commander of the Bolesławiec County Police.
