The incident occurred on May 22 on national road No. 94, near Godzieszów. Wrocław Road Transport Inspection:
(…) inspectors from the Lower Silesian Road Transport Inspection stopped a vehicle with a permissible gross vehicle weight of up to 3.5 tonnes, which was transporting an excavator.
The inspectors inspected the vehicle and found:
- oil leaks from the engine,
- a faulty parking brake,
- damaged front suspension,
- corrosion of load-bearing components.
The result? The vehicle registration certificate was seized and the vehicle was prohibited from continuing its journey. What is more, the driver was fined.
