Dear Residents of Bolesławiec and Entrepreneurs. Have you received a yellow sticker with information? This means that the bag or container contains improperly sorted waste. Waste collected in this way is not suitable for recycling.
On the MZGK Bolesławiec website, you can check exactly how to sort municipal waste: mzgk.com.pl/segregacja-odpad
Residents are responsible for separately collecting the following types of waste:
- paper
- glass
- metals
- plastics
- multimaterial packaging waste
- biowaste
For this purpose, containers (or bags) in specific colors are used: yellow (metals, plastics, multimaterial packaging waste), blue (paper), green (glass), and brown (biowaste).
Other waste, such as:
- kitchen waste of animal origin, e.g. meat and cold cuts
- hygiene products (e.g. disposable diapers and personal hygiene products)
- rubber and latex gloves
- faience, porcelain, and broken dishes
- wet or greasy paper
- ordinary light bulbs
- toys (stuffed and rubber)
- thermal paper (e.g. fiscal receipts) and fax paper
