At the request of the same reader, we already covered this matter in June last year. Kazimierz Łomotowski, head of the Municipal Housing Management Authority in Bolesławiec, firmly rejected these accusations at the time, stressing that all faults were being repaired on an ongoing basis.
All that remains is to appeal to the vandals not to destroy something that is a common good, and to use their excess energy in some creative way. We should also remind them that this type of vandalism may carry a sentence of between three months and as much as five years in prison.
