Reader sent us a video from the Orlik sports field in the Przylesie housing estate in Bolesławiec with the following note:
THIS IS HOW IT HAS BEEN FROM FRIDAY UNTIL TODAY (MONDAY), 3:40 P.M., AT THE ORLIK SPORTS FIELD IN THE PRZYLESIE HOUSING ESTATE.
We have written repeatedly in these pages about the mess that litterbugs leave in various places throughout our county. Often, when the matter concerned the City of Ceramics, we also asked for comment on the issue—sometimes from the municipal police, sometimes from the Municipal Housing Management Facility. We understand that this problem cannot be completely eliminated. We know that the services cannot be on duty in one place around the clock.
So perhaps it is worth appealing ONCE AGAIN—perhaps somewhat naively—to fans of spending time outdoors (and drinking) to take their rubbish with them. All the more so now that spring is in full swing and county residents will certainly be spending more time outdoors. And quite often with small children.
