9. Draft resolutions of the City Council:
           9.1. on consenting to the conclusion of an Intermunicipal Agreement between the Municipality of Bolesławiec and the Municipalities and Counties forming the Integrated Territorial Investments of the Western Integration Area (ZIT ZOI), allocating appropriate assets for this purpose, and preparing the strategic document for the Integrated Territorial Investments of the Western Integration Area for 2021–2027, known as the ZIT ZOI Development Strategy,
           9.2. amending Resolution No. LIII/527/2018 of the Bolesławiec City Council of 26 September 2018 on the procedure for granting targeted grants to family allotment gardens from the budget of the Municipality of Bolesławiec, the method of settling them, and the method of monitoring the performance of the commissioned task,
           9.3. on approving the election of the Deputy Chair of the Economic Development and Finance Committee of the Bolesławiec City Council.

Before the beginning of the 52nd session of the Bolesławiec City Council, at 8:30 a.m., a meeting of the Economic Development and Finance Committee will be held to elect the Deputy Chair of the Economic Development and Finance Committee.

Immediately after the conclusion of the 52nd session of the Bolesławiec City Council, the Infrastructure, Spatial Planning and Construction Committee will hold its meeting to give its opinion on the housing lists for the first quarter of 2023.
