Bolesławiec County:

The amount available to the County this year is PLN 2,418,893. Taking into account the needs identified by the District Labour Office in Bolesławiec and the Bolesławiec County Family Support Centre, the Council allocated the PFRON funds for 2023. The allocation was positively assessed by the County Social Council for People with Disabilities operating under the Bolesławiec Starost.

The local government adds:As a result, interested parties may submit applications to the Bolesławiec County Family Support Centre for funding for social rehabilitation tasks. People with disabilities and employers may also apply for financial assistance from PFRON funds for vocational rehabilitation tasks carried out by the District Labour Office in Bolesławiec.

An open call for proposals will be announced for non-governmental organisations to commission tasks related to vocational and social rehabilitation.

Detailed allocation of PFRON funds for individual vocational rehabilitation tasks

Vocational rehabilitation – PLN 68,780

  • Reimbursement of expenses for labour-market instruments and services for people with disabilities (Article 11) – PLN 68,780.

Social rehabilitation – PLN 1,370,753

  • Funding for the participation of people with disabilities and their carers in rehabilitation stays (Article 35a, paragraph 1, point 7(a)) – PLN 210,000
  • Funding for sport, culture, recreation and tourism for people with disabilities (Article 35a, paragraph 1, point 7(b)) – PLN 42,800
  • Funding for the provision of rehabilitation equipment, orthopaedic items and auxiliary aids awarded to people with disabilities under separate regulations (Article 35a, paragraph 1, point 7(c)) – PLN 1,047,953
  • Funding for the removal of architectural, communication and technical barriers in connection with the individual needs of people with disabilities (Article 35a, paragraph 1, point 7(d)) – PLN 70,000.

Vocational and social rehabilitation – PLN 979,360

  • Obligations concerning funding for the operating costs of occupational therapy workshops (Article 35a, paragraph 1, point 8) – PLN 969,360
  • Commissioning non-governmental organisations to carry out vocational and social rehabilitation tasks for people with disabilities (Article 36) – PLN 10,000.
