Only in the third match did Krystyna Szwajkowska have to acknowledge her opponent’s superiority. Olga Krzemińska, who is ranked second nationally in this discipline, faced the Bolesławiec competitor. Krystyna Szwajkowska lost the third match: 5:9, 4:9, 1:9, ultimately finishing the competition in second place.
Fifty competitors from across Poland took part in the squash tournament in Wrocław. Krystyna Szajkowska does not train in this discipline on a daily basis, which is why the second place she achieved should be considered a success.
