Bolesławiec police officers received a report about a drunk driver being stopped in a store car park. KPP:

When the patrol arrived at the scene, officers were informed that the person who reported the incident, having seen the intoxicated driver, had taken action and seized the keys, preventing him from driving on. The driver left the car park.

The officers’ actions led to the arrest of the 34-year-old. It turned out that the man had more than 3‰ of alcohol in his system. And, even more frighteningly, he had four—yes, four!—active court-imposed driving bans.

The extremely irresponsible resident of the Nowogrodziec municipality now faces a sentence of between three months and as many as five years in prison.
