The Chairperson of the County Council, pursuant to Article 15(1) of the Act of 5 June 1998 on county self-government (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1526), convenes the 57th Session of the Bolesławiec County Council, which will be held on 2 March 2023, at 9:30 a.m., in the building of the County Office in Bolesławiec, at 2 Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego Square.

1. Opening of the meeting and confirmation of the quorum.
2. Consideration of motions to amend the agenda.
3. Information:
3.1. From the Chairperson of the Council on requests to correct the minutes of the 56th Session of the County Council,
3.2. From the Chairperson of the Council on activities during the intersessional period,
3.3. From the County Board and the County Head on activities during the intersessional period,
3.4. From the County Board on the implementation of resolutions of the County Council adopted during the 56th Session of the County Council,
3.5. Information from the Director of the County Labour Office in Bolesławiec on the implementation of tasks concerning employment, counteracting unemployment and mitigating its effects in 2022,
3.6. Information from the Chairperson of the County Labour Market Council on the Council’s activities aimed at reducing unemployment in 2022.

4. Consideration of draft resolutions of the County Council:
4.1. on amending the Statutes of the independent public healthcare institution named “Zespół Opieki Zdrowotnej w Bolesławcu”,
4.2. on an agreement with the Lower Silesian Voivodeship concerning the assignment of tasks related to the summer and winter maintenance of voivodeship roads located within the administrative boundaries of Bolesławiec County and sections of voivodeship roads running outside the county,
4.3. on classifying a road as a county road,
4.4. on amending Resolution No. III/16/2018 of the Bolesławiec County Council concerning the composition of the Audit Committee of the Bolesławiec County Council.
5. Consideration of letters: from the Lower Silesian Voivode dated 2 February 2023 and from the Electoral Commissioner in Jelenia Góra II dated 9 February 2023.
