On Wednesday, 22 February, dynamic truck inspections were carried out on the Lower Silesian section of the A4 motorway. Inspectors from the Road Transport Inspection in Wrocław, as well as those from the Electronic Toll Control Office, patrolled the motorway and paid particular attention to drivers who overtook other vehicles despite the ban in force there.
In fifteen cases detected, inspectors fined 14 drivers, while in one case they prepared a motion to the court.
That was not all. ITD: – Violations were also detected involving drivers’ working hours, the movement of an oversized vehicle without the required permit, and carrying out transport with a truck equipped with fuel tanks of excessive capacity.

In total, inspectors issued truck drivers 21 penalty tickets and initiated 8 administrative proceedings against business operators, which could result in fines.
