On 17 February, an agreement was signed at the Bolesławiec Town Hall’s Hall of Councillors for the design-and-build development of the Water and Sports Centre grounds at 24 Spacerowa Street in Bolesławiec.

The project involves the design and construction of a complex of outdoor recreational swimming pools with social and technical facilities, as the first stage in the development of the Water and Sports Centre.
The local government adds:
The construction project involves creating an attractive and functional family recreation complex as a supplement to and expansion of the functions of the MOSiR grounds. The investment aims to create a new zone of outdoor recreational swimming pools and aquatic playgrounds, complemented by a leisure pool. A key feature of the pool complex is the creation of an attractive, partially shaded pool with heated water, making it possible to extend the summer season. This stage also includes the construction of a multifunctional building housing a restaurant, an entrance area, ticket offices, changing-room and sanitary facilities, as well as technological and technical facilities.
The agreement was signed by Bolesławiec Mayor Piotr Roman and representatives of ALSTAL Grupa Budowlana from Bydgoszcz.
