Within three days, officers from the Bolesławiec police unit arrested the same man twice, both times for the same offense.
Last Friday, traffic police officers stopped a passenger vehicle driven by a 29-year-old man. Police: – The Bolesławiec resident ignored court rulings banning him from driving.
This did not particularly concern the Bolesławiec resident, however. Last Sunday, the 29-year-old was arrested again, this time by preventive-policing officers, who had already received information that the person driving the vehicle visible in the photograph might be subject to a driving ban.

When the driver was checked, the officers’ suspicions were confirmed: the 29-year-old was driving despite two active court-imposed bans. The first remains in force until April, and the second until September this year.
The suspect now faces up to five years in prison.
