The incident occurred on the night of January 28, 2023. Lwówecka KPP: – The attackers broke into one of the rooms in the Lwówek Śląski municipality, where two men were staying at the time. Using pepper spray, they forced the men to lie on the floor, rendering them helpless, and then took more than PLN 500 in cash.
What is more, the aggressors demanded the keys to one of the injured men’s car and took his vehicle.
The police were notified of the incident. After several days, investigators established the attackers’ identities and arrested them. They are three residents of Lwówek County, aged 26, 27 and 29.
Police: – All three were charged by the prosecutor. At the investigators’ and prosecutor’s request, the court ordered pre-trial detention for all of them.
Each of the suspects could face up to 12 years behind bars.
