Three couples from Bolesławiec celebrated their golden wedding anniversary (50 years of marriage): Krystyna and Eugeniusz Jabłońscy, Barbara and Stanisław Nowakowie, and Barbara and Eugeniusz Wiewiórscy.
During the ceremony, the couples were honored with diplomas and Medals for Long Marital Life, which are awarded by the President of the Republic of Poland. The distinguished anniversary celebrants were decorated by Bolesławiec mayor Piotr Roman.
A commemorative congratulatory letter was presented to Anna and Karol Herbutowie, who are celebrating the 60th anniversary of their marriage this year. The ceremony included congratulations, moving memories and commemorative photographs.
Family members, acquaintances and friends of the anniversary celebrants attended the celebration of the golden and diamond wedding anniversaries. The ceremony was enhanced by a concert performed by young artists from the BOK-MCC workshop.
