Four complete SportLight Trainer training sets were presented to Mariusz Gawlik, Director of DCS. The donors of this innovative training system are Mobile Football — a team of experienced coaches, teachers and physiotherapists whose passion is football.
SportLight Trainer is a set consisting of six sensors and a mobile application. The system includes LED lights shaped like discs. For example, athletes can check their reaction time to illuminated lights placed at different heights on a stand. The set allows users to program warm-ups, general fitness, coordination and cognitive exercises, speed and reaction-time drills, physiotherapy, and general fitness activities.
