The incident occurred on January 22. Volunteer firefighters from Nowogrodziec:
(...) at 3:12 p.m. we were dispatched urgently to a fire in a residential building in Zebrzydowa.
They add:
The rooms were searched; textiles, newspapers and a washing machine were burning in one of the rooms. One water jet was immediately applied, extinguishing the fire. The wooden floor was dismantled to rule out hidden sources of fire.
And they summarize: – No one was injured; the greatest damage was caused by smoke, which settled across the entire floor.
Firefighters from Nowogrodziec, Zebrzydowa and Bolesławiec, as well as the police, took part in the operation.
