Winestone is a place that clearly stands out from other establishments in the area. It is renowned for its extensive wine list and wineshop, where beverages from around the world can be purchased. Following Dariusz Baran’s visit, the new menu deserves particular attention, featuring both meat and vegetarian dishes. The quality of the training conducted at the beginning of November was best assessed during a tasting dinner, at which residents of Bolesławiec were able to select dishes for the restaurant’s new menu.

Guests’ palates will certainly be delighted by juicy duck in orange sauce. It is a dish refined in every detail. Fans of classics, meanwhile, can enjoy turkey knuckle on velvety, creamy horseradish-and-potato purée, garnished with raisin sauce made with beer and fried cabbage. For fans of meat-free dishes, there are options such as a tasty slice of bread with oyster mushrooms, tofu, ginger, hummus and spinach, Asian rice noodles, or cabbage rolls with lentils.

Winestone also has a new Head Chef – Tomasz Gibas. Tomek has been fascinated by gastronomy for years and has an excellent approach to developing flavours and the presentation of dishes.

The whole transformation was completed by a minor refresh of the restaurant’s space. The interior of this charming place was enhanced with greenery. New lamps also added warmth, while the breakfast buffet received a completely new arrangement. The owners unanimously stated that it was a truly successful revolution—one this place definitely needed.

The establishment is located at 2 Plac Popiełuszki, next to the Orka swimming pool, and welcomes guests from 7:00 to 21:00, and on Fridays and Saturdays until 22:00.
