The incident occurred on Monday, December 12. As reported by The Bad Bunzlauer:

The truck driver failed to adjust his speed to the road conditions, veered off the road and ended up in a ditch. Fortunately, no one was seriously injured.
The officers appeal for caution and good judgment on the road, especially now, when the weather is not treating us kindly and the roads may be very slippery.
