On December 5, Lwówek police officers conducted “Sober Morning” operations throughout the county. KPP in Lwówek Śląski: – The aim of the operation was to improve the safety of road users and remove from traffic those who pose a real threat, particularly intoxicated drivers.
Within several hours, police officers tested the sobriety of 374 drivers. The officers:
The infamous record-holder was a 29-year-old driver of a Peugeot from Bolesławiec County, who blew over 0.8 per mille of alcohol.
During the operation, police officers also detained a 38-year-old man from Lwówek County who was driving an Audi. The result? 0.3 per mille.
Both drivers lost their driving privileges. Our local man faces up to two years in prison.
