The incident occurred on December 6, at around 5:45 a.m., on Sobieskiego Street in Jelenia Góra. – As police officers established, a 58-year-old Opel driver travelling towards Zgorzelec, for reasons yet to be determined, hit a man crossing at a pedestrian crossing – reports Sub-Inspector Edyta Bagrowska, press officer of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Jelenia Góra. – The injured man died as a result of his injuries.
