A reader sent a video and photo with the note:
On Friday, December 2, at 4:22 p.m., a drunk/high? man damaged two cars parked in the courtyard on Rynek Street, level with tenement buildings 33/34 (behind Aniołek).
And added:
The matter has been reported to the police. Perhaps there is someone else whose property was damaged that day or who has recordings, because as the man walked by, he accosted everything in his path.
As a reminder, this type of vandalism may carry a sentence of between three months and as many as five years in prison.
