A 63-year-old resident of Legnica was getting out of his car and failed to take due care. He did not make sure that no other vehicle was approaching and stepped directly in front of a Peugeot that was approaching at that moment. The vehicle was driven by a 40-year-old resident of Żagań County.
Fortunately, the 63-year-old did not suffer any more serious injuries. However, for failing to take due care, he was fined PLN 1,100.
