The incident occurred on Sunday, November 6, in the morning, in Raciborowice. The driver of a passenger car lost control of the vehicle, left the road and crashed into a fence.
Police were at the scene and investigated the causes and circumstances of the incident.

The driver made a sudden turn because she did not want to hit a dog.
This was not the first incident of this kind in Raciborowice this week. The previous one took place on Wednesday, November 2. Before 8:00 p.m., a 47-year-old man driving a car lost control of the vehicle, left the road and crashed into a gate.
No one was injured. However, it turned out that the man should not have gotten behind the wheel at all, as he was subject to a court-imposed driving ban. It is also possible that he was under the influence of some substance at the time of the incident. His blood was taken for testing.
In any event, the arrested man faces a sentence of three months to as many as five years in prison for violating the court-imposed ban.
The officers appeal for caution and good judgment on the road.
