The company reports:

The timetable adjustment will apply from Sunday, 6 November, to 10 December. PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A., together with the carriers, have developed the connections in a way that makes the best use of the railway lines for attractive journeys while allowing contractors to continue their work. Investments under the National Railway Programme are increasing the attractiveness, accessibility and competitiveness of rail travel on long-distance, regional and metropolitan routes.

It also adds:

Thanks to the timetable adjustments already carried out, PLK has built and opened new platforms, among others, in the Lower Silesian, Lublin, Podkarpackie, Lesser Poland, Podlaskie and Łódź Voivodeships. Grade-separated junctions are being used, for example, in Warka, Łochów and Skierniewice. This year, further ones will be put into service, including in Tłuszcz, Mokra Wieś and Łowicz. Work is continuing on new overpasses in Andrespol, Gałków, Kobylnica, Legionowo, Pruszków and Sulejówek. Local control centres commissioned in Lubartów, Czechowice-Dziedzice, Kraków, the Port of Gdańsk and Łowicz are improving safety in railway traffic.
