Bolesławiec criminal investigators determined that a vehicle stolen in Germany might be located in one of the localities in Warta Bolesławiecka municipality. KPP: – Upon entering the farm building, officers discovered an excavator worth €27,000 that had been lost as a result of a crime.
Moreover, other vehicles were also found in the room:
- a camper worth €60,000,
- an agricultural tractor worth €50,000.
All the vehicles were stolen across our western border. In addition, a motorcycle was also secured; its origin is being investigated.

Each vehicle was lost as a result of a crime in a different locality during September and October of this year. The total value of the recovered vehicles is nearly €140,000.
Police findings indicate that the user of the farm building where the excavator, camper and tractor were secured is a 51-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County.
The prosecutor charged the suspect with handling stolen property of considerable value and placed the man under police supervision and a ban on leaving the country. The offender faces up to 10 years in prison.
