The incident occurred on Tuesday, October 25. At around 8:00 p.m. in Osiecznica, huge amounts of smoke appeared around one of the residential buildings. Numerous fire service units were dispatched to the scene.
As it turned out, the fire broke out in the boiler room of the aforementioned building. Combustible materials stored near the furnace caught fire.
Despite the heavy smoke, the firefighters quickly eliminated the danger using two streams of extinguishing agent. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
We responded to the incident with two units. At the scene, we worked together with units from JRG Bolesławiec, OSP Osiecznica and OSP Przejęsław.
