Police officers from Bolesławiec used secured surveillance footage to establish the identity of a man who committed several perfume thefts at the same drugstore during the summer.
KPP Bolesławiec:
The man from Warta Bolesławiecka commune came to Bolesławiec for a specific purpose. He entered the store, took cosmetics from the shelf, hid them in a pouch and left.
In total, the 36-year-old stole goods worth more than PLN 3,000. He sold the loot to random people at a bargain price.
The thief now faces up to five years in prison.
