On the night of October 15–16, the incident occurred in Łaziska. The driver of a BMW, a 21-year-old resident of Lubań County, lost control of the vehicle, left the road and ended up in a ditch.
As it turned out, the driver was completely drunk. A test showed more than 2 per mille of alcohol in his system.
The man was detained. He faces up to two years in prison.
