The incident occurred on Wednesday, October 12. At around 4:30 p.m., emergency services received a report of smoke visible near the balcony of a high-rise building on Staroszkolna Street.
It turned out that the actions of one of the residents, who had allegedly burned paper on the balcony, had mobilized the emergency services. Fortunately, there was no fire and nobody was hurt.
Two fire service units and a police patrol were at the scene.
