NOTICE
OF THE BOLESŁAWIEC COUNTY STAROST
dated 16 September 2022 concerning the issuance of a decision granting permission to carry out a road investment
Pursuant to Article 11a(1) and Article 11f(3) of the Act of 10 April 2003 – on special rules for the preparation and implementation of investments concerning public roads (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2022, item 176; hereinafter referred to as the “Act”)
I hereby notify
that, following the application of 26 May 2022 submitted by Gromadka Municipality, represented by the Commune Head and acting through its authorised representative, Mr Jarosław Pluskot, Decision No. 564 granting permission to carry out the road investment entitled “Construction of a municipal road in Patoka, Gromadka Municipality” has been issued for the following location:
- on the registered land parcels nos.: 316/2, 317/3, 328, 331/2, 331/4, 387/5, 477/1, 487, Modła precinct 0004, cadastral unit 020103_2 Gromadka – Bolesławiec County,
- Lower Silesian Voivodeship, on the registered land parcels nos.: 1415, 29/8, 40/10, 293, 312, 362/1, Patoka precinct 0008, cadastral unit 020103_2 Gromadka – Bolesławiec County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship
The decision granting permission to carry out the road investment will approve the subdivision of land properties which, by operation of law, become the property of Gromadka Municipality:
