The World Suicide Prevention Day celebrations are underway. Friday (16 September) in Bolesławiec market square is a day whose motto is: “Let’s have fun, because life is beautiful.”
What have the organizers prepared for Friday afternoon and evening?
2:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.:
- Corridor for life – a happening performed by school students, psychiatrists, psychologists and therapists,
- Let’s talk about life – a dialogue with staff from the Mental Health Center,
- Circle for life – circle dances to African rhythms and Tibetan gongs; recovery assistants invite everyone to dance,
- They will no longer make a choice – a concert performed by Adam Sypuła and his band. The program includes songs by artists who died prematurely as a result of drug overdoses and suicide.
