As recently as June, we were paying almost PLN 8 per litre for 95-octane petrol. On 31 July, at Lotos stations in Bolesławiec, a litre of petrol cost PLN 7.23, a litre of standard diesel PLN 7.51, while LPG cost PLN 3.29. Fuel has become cheaper again recently...

Fuel prices at the Lotos station on Kościuszki Street in Bolesławiec, as of 13 August:

  • Pb95 – PLN 6.61
  • Diesel – PLN 6.97
  • LPG – PLN 3.11

Taking summer discounts into account, we can buy petrol for PLN 6.31 per litre and diesel for PLN 6.67 per litre. To refuel 30 groszy cheaper per litre, you need to take advantage of the summer promotions we reported on at the beginning of July. Summer promotions offering “30 groszy” off per litre of fuel are available, among others, at PKN Orlen, Lotos, Amic and BP stations. Shell has also joined them recently.
